Shipping Policy

Product ships within 7-10 business days from the order date. During Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 20 business days to process. Order processing begins as soon as the order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to products, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

Return & Exchange Policy

All returns will be considered on a case by case basis. All hair must be in the original packaging with all labels still attached. Unraveled or used bundles could not be returned or exchanged.
