Each person should measure their head 4 more times, refer to how to measure your head for a wig. (place a link here). Please send a picture of your hairline once your order has been processed for accurate measurement.

Wig Fitting:

Private custom fitting is done in house at our store front or online via zoom. Book a wig consultation to ensure perfect sizing and you comfort. At your consultation the client will be given maintenance and aftercare instructions to ensure the best results out of the unit.

Our wig units are custom machine made. Construction starts within 72 hours of purchase.

Each unit has an elastic band, combs and adjustable straps to ensure security and confidence while wearing.

Our units are made with 100% virgin hair and can be straightened, colored and heat styled to any desired look.

All custom unit are sales are FINAL. There are always exceptions, please contact MaeteKenea via email within 3 days of receiving your unit to address concerns.

Our wigs can be customized for a fee: the knots are bleached for transparency, tinted to suit your scalp and hand plucked to create natural hairline.

Do not overexpose the hair to heat, chemicals to prevent damage to the texture of the hair, it is best to consult a professional cosmetologist.
